Leading Educators
This partnership between FirstLine and New Leaders for New Schools supports and develops teacher-leaders in open-enrollment urban public schools as they become change agents who assure high academic achievement and an aspirational culture for every student. The two-year program develops the skills of department chairs, vice-principals, deans of students, team leaders and other teachers in mid-level leadership positions. The training includes field visits to schools in New Orleans and other cities that have a record of closing the achievement gap. Learn more and apply at www.leadingeducators.org.
